Esmail Shakman

Professor Dr. Esmail Shakman is a distinguished scientific figure in the field of marine sciences and currently serves as the President of the Libyan Association for Friends of Artisanal Fishing.

Throughout his illustrious academic career as a professor at the University of Tripoli, he has established himself as a certified regional expert for international organizations, such as the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), specializing in fisheries management and biodiversity within the Mediterranean Basin.
