Omar Abu Aes Hah is a passionate Marine Sciences Researcher and Volunteer with 7 years of experience. He is a Master’s student in Marine Sciences with a strong focus on Marine Biodiversity, Diving, Invasive Species in the Mediterranean, and Endangered Species.
In addition to his volunteer work, Omar is a Teaching Assistant at the College of Marine Resources, contributing to marine research and education. His research activities include:
- Updating the list of marine species and their distribution along the Libyan coast.
- Studying the abundance of marine species in aggregation areas.
- Inventorying invasive marine species.
- Assessing the status of species under threat of extinction.
